(Fadian, Mangilao) – The Guam Power Authority (GPA) and Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA) advise the public that following the Governor’s declaration of Condition of Readiness (COR) 4 effective at 10:00 a.m. today,
GPA and GWA Customer Services Centers and Business Offices will resume regular business hours today, Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Fadian, Julale, and Upper Tumon locations.
Customers may visit our offices for in-person services or to make payments at our customer service centers or drive-thru location at:
- Fadian Main Office
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Julale Office (Hagåtña)
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Upper Tumon Office
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
- Upper Tumon Payment Drive-Thru
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
