(Fadian, Mangilao) – GPA continues its Phase III post-Typhoon Bavi power restoration process, with 99% system load achieved and is now concluding the daily reporting of power system status restoration updates. Crews continue to address ALL isolated typhoon-related power issues and outages in the Northern, Central and Southern sectors throughout the island. This includes all customers reporting power failures or intermittencies due to power fluctuations, low/high voltage, single phasing, etc. while closing out emergency work clearances that require customer-side repairs.

Phase IV restoration begins after Phase III is completed. Specific issues to be addressed in Phase IV restoration include streetlight repair/replacement and power quality issues.

Customers may report emergency power issues to GPA Dispatch at (671) 475-1472/3/4.

GPA’s continued priority is to restore energy back into your homes and businesses, and return the island-wide power system (IWPS) online at full capacity.

The GPA Customer Service Call Center, Customers First email, and Facebook
Direct Messenger will remain available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. through
Friday, July 17, 2026, to assist customers with Typhoon Bavi related concerns.

Customers who are without power or are experiencing power quality issues are
encouraged to contact the GPA Customer Service Call Center to report these
issues so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.

Customers who have completed Emergency Work Clearance should contact the
GPA Customer Service Call Center or GPA Dispatch to request power reconnection.
